Meet our Board of Directors

Ron Seger
Growing up on a ranch, I was introduced to horses at a very young age. Throughout my youth, horses played an integral part of my everyday life ~ from a piece of equipment necessary for work, to an instrument of recreation, to my only means of transportation. That was many years ago. My adult life started with four years in the US Army, an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota, marriage, and two children. I'm still happily married after 27 years, still working my profession as an Electrical Engineer, and since my children have grown up and left the nest, the Lord is blessing me with several ministries to occupy my free time. Currently I'm an Elder in our church, an active member of our local Gideon camp, a Bible Study leader at the Carver County Detention Center, and now I'm proud to also be a member of the Board of Directors for HIS Haven Ranch. After being away from horses for so many years, the Lord is blessing me with an opportunity to help bring horses into the lives of young people.

Kevin McGraw
It is my pleasure to serve on the board for HIS Haven Ranch. Several years ago I returned to college as God has guided me into ministry. I am presently serving as the Youth Pastor at our home church in New Prague and am a licensed residential contractor. It brings me great joy to be able to use what God has taught me through His Word and life experiences, and now I'm applying it to serve others at HIS Haven. Heidi & I have 3 children and have been blessed with 19 years of marriage.

Rita' Hillmann Olson
I am honored to serve on the Board of Directors for HIS Haven Ranch. I have had the opportunity to own various businesses and I have the benefit of sharing what I have learned by teaching business courses at private business schools. I am also politically active in my local community. I enjoy writing short stories or parables that help others to understand God's Word and the truths He has revealed. I have been married to my high school sweetheart, Kevin, for 22 years and we are blessed with three children.

Bonnie Bartyzal
I grew up in Anoka, MN with my mother, two brothers, and sister. I enjoyed a neighborhood full of close friends and sports such as swimming, softball, tennis, and skating. Annually each fall I helped our Greek neighbors manage and operate their Greek stand at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival. Because of my love for the Festival and my food service experience I majored in Hotel Restaurant Management at UW Stout. I've been with the Minnesota Renaissance Festival for 22 years as Food & Beverage Director, General Manager, and Director for Operation.

I met my husband Don in 1989, and we were married in 2003. We live in Montgomery, MN with our German Wirehair, Buddy. I find joy in the company of my two college-age stepchildren Brittany & Brandon. In my spare time I enjoy gardening, traveling, motorcycling, and camping.

I've been a Christian since 2003. I enjoy attending and serving New Prague Alliance Church where I serve in the nursery for MOPS, on a hospitality team, on the prayer team, and am involved in various bible studies throughout the year. I have had the pleasure of being a Big Sister through the Big Brother, Big Sister program for the past several years.

Now I am blessed and honored to serve on the Board of Directors for HIS Haven Ranch.
